KISAH RASUL 3:11-26

“Dan bagi kamulah pertama-tama Allah membangkitkan hamba-Nya dan mengutus-Nya kepada kamu, supaya Ia memberkati kamu dengan memimpin kamu masing-masing kembali dari segala kejahatanmu” (ayat 26). Mujizat yang dialami oleh si lumpuh membuat orang banyak sangat keheranan sehingga mereka mengerumuni Petrus, Yohanes dan orang yang telah disembuhkan tersebut. Petrus segera menjelaskan kejadian tersebut dengan sebenarnya bahwa bukan karena dialah orang tersebut dapat berjalan, tapi karena kuasa Yesus Kristus yang telah mereka tolak. Kepercayaan dalam nama Yesus itulah yang membuat orang lumpuh tersebut dapat berjalan kembali. Sesungguhnya, Pribadi yang berkuasa tersebut dibangkitkan Allah pertama-tama bagi orang Yahudi dengan maksud supaya Ia memberkati umat tersebut dengan memimpin mereka kembali dari segala kejahatannya. Namun sayang, mereka menolak-Nya dan lebih memilih seorang penjahat. Kebodohan atau ketidakmengertian telah membuat umat itu menolak lawatan Allah. Karena penolakan umat Israel keselamatan telah sam-pai kepada bangsa-bangsa lain termasuk kepada kita. Akan tetapi, adakah kita juga benar-benar per-caya bahwa didalam nama Yesus ada kekuatan dan kuasa yang menyelamatkan ? Ataukah kita juga bersikap seperti umat Israel yang hanya mengikuti kata hati dan emosi sehingga lebih memilih apa yang menyenangkan bagi kepuasan daging kita. Jangan sia-siakan keselamatan yang sebesar itu, Yesus telah diberikan Allah bagi dunia ini dan Ia sanggup memimpin setiap orang percaya pada kese-lamatan itu (Ibrani 2:10)

TERIMALAH YESUS SEBAGAI SATU-SATUNYA JURU SELAMAT.

Acts 3:11-26

“And for the first ye God raised His servant and sent him to you, that He may bless you with the lead each of you back from all wickedness” (verse 26). Miracles experienced by the disabled to make a lot of very surprised people that they gathered around Peter, John and those who had healed them. Peter immediately explain the incident to the fact that it was not because he was the person can walk, but because the power of Jesus Christ that they had rejected. Trust in the name of Jesus is what makes the lame can walk again. Indeed, these powerful Personal God raised primarily for Jews with the intent that he may bless them with their lead back from all his crimes. But unfortunately, they rejected him in favor of a criminal. Ignorance or lack of it has made people reject God’s visit. Since the rejection of Israel has safety until the other nations, including us. However, there we also really believe that in the name of Jesus there is power and power is saved? Or are we also act like the people of Israel who only follow your heart and emotion, so much choose what is pleasing to the satisfaction of our flesh. Do not waste that much salvation, Jesus has been given by God for this world and he is able to lead every believer in the salvation (Hebrews 2:10)
ACCEPT JESUS AS THE ONLY SAVIOR.
